Documentary Photography
What story will you tell?
In this one-day, live, online workshop you will learn all about documentary photography.
You will come away knowing how to capture a compelling story using light, composition and emotion. Your instructor, Philippa James, will give you practical exercises throughout the day and she will prepare you to produce your own 4-week documentary photography project. Philippa will then view your finished project and invite you to an additional online evening feedback session.
This is a “hands-on”, live workshop. Please set aside the whole day to be present. You will need a camera (a phone camera is fine), an internet connection and a computer or mobile device to access the Zoom meetings. Bring an open mind and a willingness to try new things.
